q What is iSolved?
a iSolved is EG’s new self-service payroll system. All associates should have received an introductory email with instructions on how to activate your profile.
q I never received my introductory email to access iSolved, what should I do?
a If you haven’t received your introductory email to iSolved, please check your junk or spam mail folder. Please note that the link is only valid for 24 hours. If you do not have your introductory email or it’s been over 24 hours, please email us at askEG@eg-us.com.
q How do I access iSolved?
a Go to www.egnow.com and click “job seekers”, then click on “current employee login”. This will open up a new window where you can search for jobs or view pay stubs. To access the iSolved portal, click on the picture icon or the “Click here to access your payroll” link.
q How do I change my direct deposit information?
a Changes to direct deposit can be made by logging into iSolved and clicking on “Direct Deposit Updates”, then edit an existing direct deposit or add a new one.
q When can I activate my money card to receive my pay?
a You will not be able to activate your money card until funds are available on the first Friday of your scheduled pay period.
q How do I receive verification of employment?
a All employment verifications are done through our HR department at: 269-979-6104.
q How do I update my resume, skills or experience?
a Go to www.egnow.com and click “job seekers”, then click on “find jobs now”. From here, click “Sign in” at the top right. If you do not remember your password, click the “forgot password” link. From this portal you can update your resume, skills, experience or contact information. If you are a current associate and need to update your contact information, it must also be updated in iSolved!
