Director of Sales
Rich McDonald is the Director of Sales within EG’s staffing division. With over 25 years of experience, Rich is passionate about driving cost-saving strategies for his clients. He makes it his mission to identify business needs and solve them with a customized solution.
Prior to joining EG, he served in multiple sales and marketing positions at NCR Corporation. This extensive background contributes to his ability to engage with his clients and ensure their business is being supported within the right capacity.
Rich holds his B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University. He has won several marketing awards and has served on multiple community organizations in recent years. He’s a proud Michigander and enjoys spending his time outside of work with his wife and three children.
