As President of EG Workforce Solutions, Erika is responsible for guiding the company’s growth and brand strategy in alignment with its core purpose–helping people succeed. Passionate about fostering strong business partnerships, she is dedicated to supporting both her team and clients in navigating the evolving talent landscape. Before joining EG Workforce Solutions, Erika spent twelve years at Accenture, where she served as a Talent & Organization Managing Director. In this role, she helped companies enhance workforce strategies and drive business value through organizational transformation

A Michigan native, Erika earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Studies with a focus on International Human Capital Management from the University of Michigan. She currently resides in Grand Rapids with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys playing bridge, boating, and gardening.
