EG Welcomes Mike Kasten as Director of Workplace Services

EG (Employment Group) is pleased to announce that Mike Kasten has joined the organization as Director of Workplace Services, effective March 11.

Kasten brings extensive experience in facilities management and operational leadership, with a strong track record of overseeing large-scale, multi-site environments and mission-critical infrastructure. His background includes leading comprehensive facilities operations, managing preventative maintenance programs, capital planning initiatives, and vendor-managed services while maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Throughout his career, Kasten has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, driven cost efficiencies, and implemented process improvements that enhance operational performance and service delivery. He has demonstrated success in optimizing workforce planning, strengthening vendor partnerships, and introducing technology-enabled solutions that improve visibility and execution across facilities operations. 

In his role at EG, Kasten will lead the Workplace Services division, focusing on delivering consistent, high-quality facility operations and scalable solutions that bring stability and efficiency to client environments.
